The relationship between student and tutor is one that thrives on mutual respect and reciprocity.

To ensure that all students are given a fair opportunity to book sessions, students are requested to give as much notice as possible when they need to adjust or cancel a session. Cancellations open up a window for other students that may be seeking our time. If a student needs to cancel a session and notice is not given 24 hours before a scheduled, a cancellation fee equal to one hour of tutoring may be incurred.

In addition to allowing us to effectively organize our schedules, this policy is also intended to provide an incentive to students to plan ahead. When students plan ahead, tutoring is more productive.
